We are so confident in our customer service and graduation package quality that we offer a 30 day, money back guaranty for our high school equivalency graduation package. If you are not satisfied with your graduation package, contact us within 30 days of receiving your high school diploma graduation package to proceed with returning it. Please note shipping fees are nonrefundable and a $15.00 processing fee is applied to all return orders.

Steps for returning your high school diploma graduation package:

Once we have received your graduation package and return request approval form, then we will credit your card back for 100% of the purchase price minus shipping fees and the $15.00 return processing fee within 3 business days. For check or money order payments, we will mail a refund to you within 15 business days of receiving your graduation package and return request approval form.
